About Tormeys
We are one of the largest, longest established and most respected firms
of solicitors in the Midlands.
We are located in a historic townhouse in the shadow of Athlone Castle, which was previously occupied by the eminent MP and writer T.P. O'Connor. We are also located beside the much-feted bridge of Athlone.
At Tormeys, we aim to make visits to our offices a pleasant experience. The days of the aloof, arrogant lawyer are long gone. We realise that we are in the service industry, and our goal is to provide the finest service possible for our clients.
We can attend Court with ease at any location in Ireland. Our location in the heart of Ireland affords us a rural base with lower overheads, yet at the same time all major urban areas of Ireland are accessible within ninety minutes.
Of course, this respect for the past does not mean that we are afraid to move with the times. In 1997, we opened new premises in Connolly St., adjoining the rear of our old offices, including state of the art computer facilities.
We have a case management system in place which is tailored to meet the specific needs of the firm and lead to even greater efficiency in dealing with all of our client files.
