Litigation /Road Traffic

There is a longstanding legal maxim stating that a man may not injure his fellow man, whether this injury be intentional or not. This means if someone injures you by being negligent in their actions, you may well have a right to compensation.

The law of negligence is an area of the law of which everyone should be informed. It has great practical implications for everyone, whether they be a homeowner, driver or passenger.

Probably the most common suits seen today come on foot of road traffic accidents. However, many people have little or no knowledge of what they should do in such a situation. If you have been involved in an accident, we would be delighted to provide you with further advice. If you have been injured by other means, for example in a fall at work or on the street, you may well have a case against your employer or the local authority.
