Declan O’Flaherty

Declan is a Partner at Tormeys Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999, having completed a Master’s degree in Law at Queen’s University Belfast.

Declan practices mostly in the area of Defence Litigation. He acts for several large insurers (both local and international) and self-insured entities. He advises on a large portfolio of EL, PL and motor claims across all court jurisdictions. He also advises in relation to issues of policy coverage and indemnity and holds a postgraduate qualification in arbitration law.
